How does home care assistance work?
We have removed the inconsistency in conventional home care, the worry of being left without care, and the significant effort associated with finding, verifying, and replacing your own private or independent carers.
Having discovered your complete needs, we provide you with a shortlist of just one or two approved care professionals who are appropriately qualified, available, motivated and interested to build a meaningful relationship with you.
After introducing you to a carer you approve of, to care for your loved one, we take a back seat to allow the trust between you to grow and a routine to develop. We are always on hand to provide assistance by phone 24/7 here.

Estimated care costs
For clients, our long term care introduction service is completely free of charge, with no one-off or endless recurring fees. Instead, we simply charge our carers a small administration fee for weekly invoicing and payment collection from you, on their behalf.
We remain involved behind the scenes for as long as your carer is there for you. We’re there to provide assistance 24/7.
Each carer in our community sets their own rates. Here are some guidelines to help you.
Day time visits (1h minimum) from £20/h
Night time care (1h minimum) from £20/h
Weekly live-in care from £175 per 24h (3 day minimum)
The difference
As a care introduction agency, our aim is to introduce you to carers who are best able to meet your needs. You can then choose the carer you feel is right for you.
We will also find you appropriate temporary cover should they not be able to attend.
