As a team here at care seakr, our own personal journies searching for heartfelt and transparent care for loved ones were often marked with confusion and uncertainty. We saw the need for a fresh approach. Care freedom is our mantra and since our launch in 2016, over 1000 clients and seakr care professionals across the UK have felt the difference.

Care freedom means that having understood your every care-related need, clients can choose their ideal, motivated, self employed seakr carer on their terms, from a shortlist hand-picked for them by our client care team. This saves you time trying to establish contact with carer profiles on a platform only to find that they either do not reply or are uninterested. Your seakr carer also has the freedom to choose you, based upon their own personal and professional needs. This leads to a successful and more sustainable client-carer match, just when you need it to work most.

Carly found care seakr whilst searching for a care agency for her Grandmother and liked our high quality and transparent approach, so she joined the team! Focussed on recruitment, she ensures that all seakr carers meet our quality and compliance standards. Carly likes long walks in the country and spending time with family.

Nicky Bryant

Nicky joined care seakr in 2022, bringing with her experience of helping patients to find in-hospital addiction diagnosis and treatment. Like many of us, she has first hand knowledge of managing the care of her own loved ones. Nicky lives in Surrey and enjoys being by the sea and spending time with family.

Fiona Clark

Chief Quality Officer

Fiona brings 25 yrs of clinical, regulatory, compliance and operational management experience in Acute & Community NHS/private Mental Health to drive constant improvement in care seakr’s home care offering. Fiona is often cake baking or at the sea in her spare time.

Tina Sheikh

Finance Director

Tina has been working in finance for 14 years and qualified with PwC. She feels passionate about working with seakr to ensure choice and freedom are synonymous with the care industry of the not so distant future.

Catherine Beattie

Finance Manager

Kate joined us with 5 years of sector experience, having started out as a domicilliary carer before moving into the care agency office to work on recruitment and compliance. AAT qualified, she now has over 10 years finance experience. Kate enjoys snowboarding and long dog walks with the family as often as she can.

Founder & CEO

In 2016, Ian struggled to find consistent care for his Aunt Julie so launched our unique system of client – carer matching and delivery. Prior to founding care seakr, he has over 25 years of UK and European PE backed, medTech and healthcare services business development and general management experience. Ian loves to run and read biographies, both at the beach when he can.
